Victory Day Memorial held at the Red Army Forest near Jerusalem for the 5th year by the RCC Tel Aviv,attended by members of the Knesset, the Russian Embassy diplomats, RCC staff, leaders and activists of Russian compatriots' organizations, the Association of Graduates of Soviet and Russian higher educational institutions (the Arab sector), Rep. of several cities in Israel, and veterans.

Veterans Arts Festival "I do not mind getting older - veterans," was held in Afula together the Union of World War II Veterans and the Russian FA Rossotrudnichestvo Representation in Israel.
The festival is timed to the 20th anniversary of the reestablishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Israel, and the 66th anniversary of the Great Victory.
